Turbo Site-Directed Mutagenesis Kit
Turbo Site-Directed Mutagenesis Kit is used to introduce point mutations, insertions or deletions into plasmids. Simply incubate for 15 min of vector mutagenesised by PCR and the cocktail supplied before transformation. There is no need to cleanup and purification of PCR products prior to ligation. It is easy, fast, efficient and good for high throughput cloning.
