Turbo Cloning Kit

  Turbo Cloning Kit is highly efficient site directed and directional cloning of PCR products.  It allows you to seamlessly clone PCR products into any pre-linearized vector generated by restriction enzyme or PCR.  Simply incubate for 15 min of linearized vector with PCR product and the cocktail supplied before transformation.  There is no need to cleanup and purification of PCR products prior to ligation.  It is easy, fast, efficient and good for high throughput cloning.
