Phase 1: Antigen selection, immunization and test bleed; $1,000

• Initial consultation: antigen selection, design and immunization strategy

• Immunization of mice with Vicgene's proprietary protocols

• Serum screening by ELISA and/or WB if blots are provided by the customer

• Antigen requirement: Customer supplies 5 mg of purified recombinant protein in PBS or 5mg KLH conjugated peptide plus 5mg of lyophilized peptide

Phase 2: Fusion, screening and expansion; $3,500

• Fusion using mouse with highest specific antibody titter 

• Screening by ELISA

• Up to 10 positive clones will be expended and the culture supernatants will be delivered to customer to do further test

Phase 3: Cloning and ascites; $1,480

• Cloning by limited dilution of two positive clones

• 5ml of ascites of each clone will be delivered to customer
